Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped from California, USA (94560). We do not offer in-store pickups at this time.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon - Fri, not including holidays) if all items in your order are marked "In stock". We take special care when packing your order. An email notification is sent with the tracking number. If you do not receive email updates, please check your spam folder. You can also view the order status by going to "My Account". Please contact us if you have questions regarding the status of your order.

Free shipping!

We now offer free shipping to US with minimum purchase of $99. This offer is available to the 48 contiguous states (including PO Box) and APO/FPO military addresses. We'll ship via US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground. All orders will include tracking and insurance.

The free shipping offer also applies to preorders. Combine in stock and preorder items and take advantage of free shipping! We'll reserve your paid in stock items (up to 6 months). Please note that if you combine in stock and preorder items, we assume you want them shipped together to take advantage of free shipping offer. You can have in stock items shipped separately. Additional Shipping & Handling (S&H) fees may apply. Please contact us if you need to make other shipping arrangements.

The free shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than minimum purchase value ($99). We reserve the right to charge applicable Shipping and Handling costs to any such orders.

USA shipping

We ship via UPS and US Postal Service (USPS). All packages shipped will have a tracking number unless not available (eg. some APO/FPO addresses).

UPS shipping service is available for the 48 contiguous states only (no PO box addresses). Our shopping cart currently only offers UPS Ground shipping option. If you'd like to ship by other UPS shipping services, contact us and we'd be happy to give you the shipping rates and delivery times.

US Postal Service (USPS) shipping service is available for shipping to all US addresses including PO Box, APO/FPO, and all US territories. We always include free Delivery Confirmation for tracking with all shipments, unless it's not available (eg. some APO, FPO address).

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. The delivery times are guidelines and not always guaranteed. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we'd be happy to check your package status for you.

International shipping

We ship via US Postal Service (USPS) only.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs duties. Each country has their own customs laws and policies. Please contact us if you have any requests to comply with customs policies. We'll do our best to help with any requirements.

We declare the full value for all international orders.

Here's a quick guide to shipping services:
  • USPS Priority Mail International -- includes tracking and insurance, usually delivered within 1-3 weeks, allow up to 4 weeks
  • USPS Express Mail International -- includes tracking and insurance, usually delivered within 1-2 weeks, guaranteed delivery to some countries

  • NOTE:
    ~ In some cases, the shipping method you selected may not be available. This may be due to size and weight restrictions or USPS does not offer the service to certain countries or cities. We will contact you and let you know if there may be additional S&H fees required. You can cancel your order for a full refund if you do not wish to pay for the upgraded shipping rate.

    Other Shipping

    Sometimes items are out of stock or there's an error in the item description. When this happens, we will email you right away. In case we have to cancel your order, we'll give you a full refund.

    Contact us if you need other arrangements for shipping your order (ie. faster shipping method, other carriers). We will try to accomodate any requests.

    Condition of Item Packaging

    We do our best to pack items carefully using sturdy packaging and appropriate padding materials (eg. bubble wrap, padding paper). Our shipping team inspects all items to ensure they are in excellent condition. However, please note that we do not guarantee item packaging will be in perfect, mint condition. Item packaging may have imperfections such as, but not limited to, dents or creases. Item packaging imperfections are not considered defects.

    If package condition is important to you, please add a note in the order comments. We will do our best to pick the best condition item for you.

    Returns and Refunds

    Customer satisfaction is our priority! All orders are inspected for quality and proper packaging before we ship your order. We understand problems can still occur as a result of the manufacturer, shipping carrier, our mistake, or various other reasons. We are committed to customer service and will promptly respond to any customer complaints (within 5 business days Mon - Fri, not including holidays). Please contact us if you encounter any problems with your order.

    You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange. You must contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be received in new, unopened, and good condition in order to be eligible for a full refund. Any shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

    Due to hygiene reasons, some costume accessories are not eligible for returns. This includes the following items:
    * Undergarments, socks, stockings, and hosiery
    * Artificial hair, hair accessories, prosthetics, fangs, other prosthetic mouthpiece
    * Cosmetics, costume make up appliances, false eyelashes, nail art, press-on nails or finger extensions, temporary tattoos, body stickers

    Opened items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for replacement. Please keep all packaging materials.

    The items offered in our store are factory produced items. As such, there may be variations (inconsistencies) in the manufacturing, sculpt, or paint. These variations (inconsistencies) are simply part of the nature of the products and not considered defects.

    Most items we offer are limited edition products and do sell out. If the same item is no longer available, we will give you a refund or store credit.

    Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy). For US orders, we cover the cost of shipping your replacement. For international orders, we may require Shipping & Handling fees to cover the cost of shipping your replacement.

    All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us to get an RMA number. Returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA number.

    Refunds for orders paid by credit card can only be applied to the same credit card used to pay for your order. Refunds for orders paid by Paypal can only be applied to the same Paypal email account used to pay for your order. If refund cannot be applied to the original credit card or Paypal transaction, refund will be given in the form of store credit. Refunds for orders paid by other forms of payment (not credit card or Paypal) will be given in the form of store credit.

    Refunds or replacements are processed after we receive your return. Please allow 1-5 business days to process returned packages.
