Preorder Policy
A lot of our items are collectibles and are limited production runs. It is not uncommon for items to sell out before they are released. It is always a good idea to preorder early.
Preorder items can be added into your cart just like any regular in stock items. You can pay for preorder items when you checkout or when the item arrives.
Pay when you checkout:
You don't have to do anything different, simply complete the checkout.
Shipping rates for preorder items are estimates and may change depending on the actual size and weight of the item. If the shipping rate changes, we will send you an invoice when the item arrives.
Pay when preorder item arrives:
Do not include in stock items in your shopping cart. Select the "Check/Money Order" payment method. You can specify the payment method you prefer in the order notes section. For example: "Google Checkout". We will send you an invoice when the item arrives.
All orders are filled on a first come first served basis. Paid preorders are filled first and then followed by unpaid preorders.
Please keep in mind that release dates may change without advance notice from the manufacturer. We will make sure to contact you if there are any changes. |
